Long-Term rental management pricing and services

1 Unit/Property: 10%

3+ Units/Properties: 8%

2 Units/Properties: 9%

  • Leasing Fee: 50% of one month's rent ($500 minimum)
  • Lease renewal Fee: $250
  • Criminal background checks
  • Credit screening
  • Income and employment verification
  • Rental history checks and verification
  • Complete move in and move out Inspection, photo and text documentation included
  • Inspection report included at move in and move out inspection
  • Direct deposit into your bank account
  • Electronic monthly statements
  • Electronic annual tax forms and financial summary reports
  • Direct tenant and manager communication
  • Complete maintenance management
  • Rental collection
  • Evictions (court appearance's for a fee)
